First EIE SA has implemented a worldwide network of representatives in order to offer service and support for over 800 First EIE SA equipments. In order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction the local representatives are required to have First EIE SA factory trained service engineers in their team.
In addition to the local support and service, First EIE SA service engineers also regularly visit customers. This will enable First EIE SA to increase its awareness of customer requirements and therefore raise customer satisfaction.

& Customer Training
First EIE SA’s constant policy of innovation demonstrates its determination to follow the demanding market requirements.
In order to allow its partners to regularly update their product knowledge and technical skills, First EIE SA proposes a full program including : annual field service engineer trainings, customer training, quality control of equipment, upgrades for equipment in the field, sales support for exhibitions, benchmarks.
Service Contracts
At the end of the warranty period First EIE SA offers the possibility to subscribe to a Photoplotter or Ink Jet Printer yearly service contract. These contracts encompass both Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance, with certain additional features. Preventive Maintenance includes the machine check, and carrying out the required maintenance.
Documentation & Technical Update
A complete set of sales and technical documents are available to First EIE SA’s local representatives and also to First EIE’s customers.
These documents offer advice and support through all of the stages of the product life : sales documentation, pre-installation instructions and user manual.
